The olive oil
In the same place where it will be stablished the cellar and also the restaurant. There to complete this "oleoturismo" thematic land, Víctor, the sould of the proyect, planted "arbequina" and "redondilla" varieties of olive trees in the 2010. Led once more time by the family tradition, because in one of these same plantations there were two centennial olive trees.
In 2014, we picked up the first harvest of olive oil that became, by the artesanal way, into an excellent liquid gold, with 500 liters of the best olive oil nowadays in the 2015.
Oro de Bierzo
The olive oil we have is 100% pure and handmade produced. For sale in a bottle of 250 ml is, by the way, the best option to breakfasts and salads you can enjoy in our restaurant too.
