Mail-Order Marriage : Neiman’s, Horchow Sign Letter of Intent
Two fancy mail-order companies would join forces under a tentative deal established Thursday, with Neiman-Marcus Group acquiring the Horchow Mail Order company for an undisclosed sum.
Horchow, an independently held Dallas business began by an old Neiman Marcus worker, offers household that is elegant and presents through the Horchow Collection along with a broader selection of product through its Trifles catalogue and discounted close-out things through the Grand Finale catalogue. The business has yearly product sales greater than $100 million.
Neiman-Marcus Group’s division that is main Neiman Marcus of Dallas, offered $65 million to $70 million of product by mail when it comes to 12 months ended July 30.
